Utility Service Application

A $180 deposit is required for new utility service.

This deposit will be credited to the account after 12 consecutive billing cycles with no late fees. 

Application can be completed in the Wall City Finance office, scanned and emailed to wallcityafo@gwtc.net, mailed, or dropped in the dropbox by the library.

Payment of deposit may accompany paperwork or can be paid online.
