Banners
A. Banners advertising the Wall Celebration and Sturgis Bike Rally shall be regulated as follows:
1. Size shall be limited to three feet by twelve (12) feet.
2. There shall be a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for all banners. This fee may be changed by a resolution.
3. Maximum time allowed to be displayed shall be two consecutive weeks.
4. The fifty (50) percent frontage rule shall apply.
5. Location and/or placement of banners shall be pre-approved by the sign committee.
B. All other banner applications shall be regulated as follows:
1. Size shall be limited to three feet by twelve (12) feet.
2. There shall be a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for all banners. This fee may be changed by a resolution.
3. Maximum time allowed to be displayed shall be for a total of fourteen (14) days throughout the ongoing event.
4. Request for an extension may be approved at the discretion of the sign committee and the application fee shall be determined based on the extension.
5. The fifty (50) percent frontage rule shall apply.
6. All locations and copies of banners shall be pre-approved by the sign committee.
